The house features one unique room with a double bed, a fireplace, television, DVD player, docking station, a fully-equipped kitchen (amenities include: refrigerator-freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher and coffee machine) with a dining area, a bathroom with stand up shower and a toilet.
The outdoor space features a summer kitchen (from spring to autumn) including: grill, gas stove, regrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, a dining area, a swimming pool (heated from April to October) carved in the rock, and a laundry room.
This shepherd's house gives direct access to the large beach of the Restaurant (about 8 minutes by car), specially equipped for our guests.

Included in the rates are linen changes, daily maid service, daily Viennoiseries and coffee capsules, taxes.

vegetable garden harvest (depending on the season), grocery delivery upon order.
Wi-Fi connection availbale in all houses and restaurants.
Additional services to be agreed upon at the time of booking:
Package booking “Flights & Car rental” with Air Corsica (Corsican Airline), babysitting, massages, treatments, catering, sea rides, fishing sessions, hunting, horseback riding, etc.
Pet admission policy:
Pets are not allowed inside the houses, restaurants, or on equipped beaches. Guests not abiding by this policy will have their stay cancelled.
Pets are tolerated for guests residing in the maquis houses outside exclusively
(kennels available upon request).
Restaurants opening depend on the seasons and weather conditions:
From spring to autumn, the Table de la Plage (Beach restaurant) opens for lunch first and dinner in summer. The Table de la Ferme (Farm restaurant) is open all year round. During the season, the 1-Michelin star restaurant, la Table de la Ferme by Mathieu Pacaud is open for dinner exclusively. The Table de la Grotte is open at dinner time every day on season and occasionally offers themed nights out of the season.
Booking conditions:
For reservations made before the month of December of the current year
20% deposit upon reservation and 30% on the next January. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
Reservations made from January on wards :
50% deposit upon reservation. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date.
Reservations made 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment required upon booking.

Deposit or full amount shall be refunded only if the accommodation is re-let, excluding American Express fees.
