The villa offers 3 bedrooms all with their private access straight into the garden. On one side, a large master bedroom (double bed or 2 separate beds) with its dressing room, opening to its bathroom (shower and bathtub) through a glass wall partition and a separate toilet. A double room (double bed or 2 separate
beds) and a dorm room with 6 bunk beds, 2 of which in an alcove, make up the other part of the garden level. Each room has a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.
As any traditional Corsican dwelling the access to the main entrance door is located at the 1st floor via an outdoor staircase.
The main room is composed on one side of a fully equipped kitchen area (including fridge-freezer, gas stove cooker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine) and a low full-length counter to gather guests around the kitchen.
On the opposite half, a large living-dining room with a large fireplace (spring & autumn) and a television.
With access by stairs, the second floor of the villa is splitted in 2
spacious master bedrooms (double bed or 2 separate beds), offering a unique and breathtaking sea view, with their respective dressing rooms, open bathrooms through a glass wall partition (shower and bathtub) and separate toilets.
The house benefits from a vast landscaped garden open to the sea and 2 living areas nicely set up and shaded. A summer kitchen (from spring to autumn) includes a plancha, a gas stove cooker, a dishwasher, an ice maker and a coffee machine as well as an adjoining equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities).
The location of this villa offers an exceptional and privileged access to the cove of Murtoli which is a minute walk by a dedicated private path.
This dwelling offers access to the large beach and its restaurant about 5 minutes away. The Farm and the Grotto restaurants are about 15 minutes away (by car, timing only for information)

Pet admission policy:
Pets are not allowed inside the houses, restaurants, or on equipped beaches. Guests not abiding by this policy will have their stay cancelled.
Pets are tolerated for guests residing in the villas by the countryside, outside exclusively
(kennels available upon request).
Restaurants opening depend on the seasons and weather conditions:
From spring to autumn, the Table de la Plage (Beach restaurant) opens for lunch first and dinner in summer. The Table de la Ferme (Farm restaurant) is open during the entire opening period of the domain. During the season, the 1-Michelin star restaurant, la Table de la Ferme by Mathieu Pacaud is open for dinner exclusively. The Table de la Grotte (Grotto restaurant) is open for dinner only occasionally for themed nights out of the season and up to 4 nights per week in season.
Booking conditions:
For reservations made before the month of December of the current year
20% deposit upon reservation and 30% on the next January. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
Reservations made from January on wards :
50% deposit upon reservation. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date.
Reservations made 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment required upon booking.
