Our Laurent Renard, Chef Executive of the Domaine enhances the regional delicacies through his unique flavors. He enriches a culinary experience throughout the summer by signing the gastronomic menu at the Table de la Ferme . Right behind the 'piano', he's assisted by his loyal team, Mathieu Pacaud will compose a craftsman's cuisine, refined and delicate, respectful of the products, all locally planted, grown, and harvested.

Chef Renard creates regionaly inspired menus which showcase local products such as estate-bred veal, poultry, lobster, estate-grown vegetables, olive oil , eggs, honey, myrtle, nepita, and salt either from the domain itself or from Corsica at the farthest.
