Seminars & Incentives Rates
Our team will be delighted to send you a personalized and tailormade proposal depending on your needs.
Rates are valid for weekdays stays only (arrival no earlier than Sunday evening and departure on Friday morning at the latest), for a minimum of 2 nights, excluding school holidays.
Rates are displayed per room and include:
linen services, daily cleaning service, Nespresso capsules, and pastries delivered for breakfast.
Accommodation:
- Our rates include daily housekeeping service, coffee capsules and Viennese pastries for breakfast.
- City tax are not included - to be paid upon check-out
- Reservations made before January for following year: A deposit of 20% is required upon confirmation; then another 30%-deposit is required by January 1st. The balance is due a month prior arrival.
- Reservations made from January onwards: A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation; the balance is due a month prior arrival.
- Reservations registered less than 45 days before arrival date: the full prepayment is required upon reservation.
All quotes must be validated and signed by the client to be considered as confirmed
Any approved and signed quotation commits the client to reserve the villas mentioned in this proposal.
Cancellation:
No change can be accepted without any prior approval of the Domaine de Murtoli (Murtoli SAS).
No change (modification or cancellation) can be accepted within 60 days of arrival. Any deposit stipulated on the original approved quote must be due.
In case of cancellation
The deposit or the total amount of the stay paid will only be refunded if the accommodation is rented to another client, American Express fees excluded, upon the client’s departure only. An adjustment can be made within 30 days after the event upon approval of the Domaine de Murtoli.
Catering:
The final number of guests must be confirmed at least 7 working days before the date of the event.
Any increase or decrease in this number must be communicated to us in writing. Only the quantities invoiced in this approved quote will be taken into account as a minimum for the invoicing, even if the actual number of guests turned out to be lower.
In case of cancellation:
- less than 15 days: the deposit or the total amount of the stay paid for the catering service will not be refunded.
- Between 16 and 30 days before the 1st day of the event: 50% cancellation fee - 50% refunded excluding American Express fees
- Up to 30 days before the 1st day of the event: full refund of the deposit or the total amount of the catering
