Murtoli opens the doors of its paradise for a stay where nature serves your well-being!

The Murtoli Pilates Club invites you to an immersive and highly confidential experience.
From Thursday, April 16th to Sunday, April 19th, treat yourself to a wellness escape in our seaside villas (L’Eddera & Casa Murtoli).

You will be guided by professionals throughout the stay, including a dietitian to help optimize the benefits of your wellness retreat.

Program:

Thursday, April 16th

• Arrival at Domaine de Murtoli in the afternoon and room check-in

• Dinner in the bergerie with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)

Friday, April 17th & Saturday, April 18th

Morning:

• Yoga session (1h)

• Breakfast in the bergerie

• Hike: brisk walk along our coastal and maquis trails (2h)

• Lunch in the bergerie with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)

Afternoon:

• Free time with our therapists (2h), during which you can book treatments: massage, osteopathy, etc.

• Option to book additional sessions (not included in the package): Reformer Pilates, Pilates Fusion, yoga, personal training, aromatherapy, etc.

• Mindfulness meditation (1h) & creative manual activity

• Mat Pilates session (1h)

• Dinner in the bergerie with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)

Sunday, April 19th

• Same program as the previous day, ending with departure in the late afternoon

All necessary equipment for yoga and Pilates sessions is provided.
Balanced dietary recommendations, prepared by a dietitian, will be shared prior to the retreat to help you prepare.
