An exclusive immersive experience

Murtoli opens the doors to its own paradise for a stay where nature is entirely devoted to your well-being!

The Murtoli Pilates Club offers you an immersive and highly private experience.
In April and at the end of October, treat yourself to a wellness retreat in our seaside residences (L’Eddera & Casa Murtoli).

You will be surrounded by professionals who will accompany you throughout your stay, as well as a dietitian who will help you maximise the benefits of this retreat.

Programme:

Arrival on Thursday evening or Friday morning

• Arrival at Domaine de Murtoli in the afternoon and check-in*
• Dinner in the bergerie with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)

Friday & Saturday

Morning:

• Yoga session (1 hour)
• Breakfast in the bergerie
• Hiking: brisk walk along our trails between sea and maquis (2 hours)
• Lunch in the bergerie with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)

Afternoon:

• Free time with our therapists (2 hours), during which you can book treatments: massage, osteopathy, etc.
• On request, the possibility of booking additional classes (not included in the package): Pilates Reformer, Pilates Fusion, yoga, personal training, aromatherapy workshops, etc.
• Mindfulness meditation (1 hour) & creative activity
• Mat Pilates session (1 hour)
• Dinner in the bergerie with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)

Sunday

• Same programme as the previous day, with departure at the end of the day

All the equipment required for the yoga and Pilates sessions will be provided.

Balanced dietary recommendations prepared by a dietitian will be sent to you ahead of the weekend to help you prepare in the best possible way.

This experience can also be enjoyed as a day retreat, for those who are ready to let themselves be carried away before the few remaining places disappear.

Rates:

• €1,500 per person / €2,500 for two people sharing a room
• Extension from Thursday: +€750 per participant
• Day pass (external participants): €250
