Room features
Spacious and intimate, the mezzanine bedroom of the TOIA Suite features a queen-size bed (200x200 separable) with an adjoining dressing room.
On the first floor, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, bath and separate toilet.
Living area
On the ground floor is a living room with fireplace, smart TV and courtesy area, with access to its private terrace.
Outdoor
A private alcove terrace overlooking the farmyard and its century-old olive trees.
Tarifs
The price is in Euros, per night and per room, 'tradition' breakfast included. It does not include city tax and extras.
Minimum stay :
- Season 2/5/6 : 2 nights on weekend only
- Season 3/4 : 2 nights minimum
- Long weekends (public holidays) / special activity packages (Autumn break) : 3 nights minimum
- outside the above periods: overnight stay only

CONFIRMATION & GUARANTEE POLICIES
Deposit to confirm any reservation:
* the amount of one night including taxes for stays of less than or equal to 2 nights
* 30% of the total amount including taxes of the nights for stays from 3 nights and more.
A credit card will be requested upon arrival as guarantee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation/modification up to 31 days before arrival.
To be taken into account, this must be in writing.
An amendment/cancellation fee applies as follows:
* 30% of the total amount of the stay as a modification and/or cancellation fee from D-30 to D-22 inclusive prior to arrival.
* 50% of the total amount of the stay as a modification and/or cancellation fee from D-21 to D-8 inclusive prior to arrival.
* 100% of the total amount of the stay as a modification and/or cancellation fee of D-7 until the day of arrival, or in case of early departure or no-show on the day of arrival.
