Indoor space
Inside, A Manza spreads out in a bright and spacious setting. The large main building, on the garden level, reveals a sumptuous, spacious living space designed for comfort and aesthetics. A luminous living-dining room, adorned with a monumental fireplace, opens onto a modern, open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need. Large bay windows lead out onto a covered terrace, a haven of peace with a cosy lounge and another fireplace, inviting you to relax whatever the season. Upstairs, a mezzanine office overlooks the living space and leads to a large double bedroom with an open bathroom, offering shower, bath and separate toilet.
In the annex, opposite the main building, are four double bedrooms. On the garden level, two bedrooms share a full bathroom, while another bedroom has a private shower room. On the second floor, a double bedroom benefits from its own bathroom, as well as a balcony offering breathtaking views over the courtyard, valley and surrounding mountains. Further on, a treehouse, accessible via a path immersing itself in the vegetation, offers a total immersion experience in nature, with a spacious double bedroom, a relaxation area, and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Outdoor
Outside, the wonders continue. Beneath the building, you'll discover a huge swimming pool with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. Adjoining this pool is a vast, fully equipped summer kitchen. An adjacent dining area and a large lounge complete the outdoor ensemble, creating the ideal place to savor life in the great outdoors.
Beach access & Restaurants
This house is located at 20 minutes from the large beach dedicated to our guests only, and its restaurant, about 20 min. from the Table de la Ferme and around 30 min. from the Table de la Grotte (times are given by car only, for your perusal)

Prices
Prices are displayed per night and in euros.
Included in the rates are linen changes, daily maid service, daily Viennoiseries and coffee capsules, taxes.
City tax is not included
Services include:
vegetable garden harvest (depending on the season), grocery delivery upon order.
Wi-Fi connection available in all houses and restaurants.
Additional services to be agreed upon at the time of booking:
Car rental, transfer service, babysitting, massages, treatments, catering, sea rides, fishing sessions, hunting, horseback riding, etc.
Pet admission policy:
Pets are not allowed inside the houses, restaurants, or on equipped beaches. Guests not abiding by this policy will have their stay cancelled.
Pets are tolerated for guests residing in the villas by the countryside, outside exclusively
(kennels available upon request).
Restaurants opening depend on the seasons and weather conditions:
From spring to autumn, the Table de la Plage (Beach restaurant) opens for lunch first and dinner in summer. The Table de la Ferme (Farm restaurant) is open during the entire opening period of the domain. During the season, the 1-Michelin star restaurant, la Table de la Ferme by Chef Laurent Renard is open for dinner exclusively. The Table de la Grotte (Grotto restaurant) is open for dinner only occasionally for themed nights out of the season and up to 4 nights per week in season.
Booking conditions
For reservations made before the month of December of the current year
20% deposit upon reservation and 30% on the next January. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
Reservations made from January on wards :
50% deposit upon reservation. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date.
Reservations made 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment required upon booking.
