Inside the House
Enter our elegant home on the second floor, where, in traditional Corsican fashion, a wide staircase leads to a welcoming entrance.
The main room, harmoniously divided, features on one side a fully-equipped kitchen area with a long dining table, inviting guests to share culinary moments together. On the other side, a vast living room envelops you with its large fireplace.
On the garden level, three bedrooms open directly onto a flower-filled garden. A large double bedroom features a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Another double bedroom and a dormitory room with six bunk beds complete this level, each with its own bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Climb the stairs to the second floor to discover two spacious master suites, each offering spectacular sea views, with their own dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms, where showers and bathtubs blend into the refined décor, complemented by separate toilets.
Outdoor
Outside, the garden stretches majestically out to sea, with two shaded living areas for absolute relaxation. Take advantage of the kitchen and outdoor bar (available from spring to autumn) to enjoy magical outdoor moments.
Beach & Restaurants access
The location of this villa offers an exceptional and privileged access to the cove of Murtoli which is a minute walk by a dedicated private path.
This dwelling offers access to the large beach and its restaurant about 5 minutes away. The Farm and the Grotto restaurants are about 15 minutes away (by car, timing only for information)

Prices conditions
Prices are displayed per night and in euros.
Included in the rates are linen changes, daily maid service, daily Viennoiseries and coffee capsules, taxes.
City tax is not included
Services include:
vegetable garden harvest (depending on the season), grocery delivery upon order.
Wi-Fi connection available in all houses and restaurants.
Additional services to be agreed upon at the time of booking:
Car rental, transfer service, babysitting, massages, treatments, catering, sea rides, fishing sessions, hunting, horseback riding, etc.
Pet admission policy:
Pets are not allowed inside the houses, restaurants, or on equipped beaches. Guests not abiding by this policy will have their stay cancelled.
Pets are tolerated for guests residing in the villas by the countryside, outside exclusively
(kennels available upon request).
Restaurants opening depend on the seasons and weather conditions:
From spring to autumn, the Table de la Plage (Beach restaurant) opens for lunch first and dinner in summer. The Table de la Ferme (Farm restaurant) is open during the entire opening period of the domain. During the season, the 1-Michelin star restaurant, la Table de la Ferme by Chef Laurent Renard is open for dinner exclusively. The Table de la Grotte (Grotto restaurant) is open for dinner only occasionally for themed nights out of the season and up to 4 nights per week in season.
Booking conditions:
For reservations made before the month of December of the current year
20% deposit upon reservation and 30% on the next January. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
Reservations made from January on wards :
50% deposit upon reservation. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date.
Reservations made 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment required upon booking.
