The Casa 'Nivara' has four double rooms for a total capacity of eight people. It is located 'on the countryside side', in the heart of the maquis, on the heights of the estate, not far from the famous plateau of Cauria and its megalithic site. The house offers a view of the mountains of the Cagna massif.

Indoor space
At the entrance level, the main room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room, creating a welcoming space for moments of sharing and relaxation around the fireplace. On the garden level of Nivara, authenticity is revealed in every detail. Two double bedrooms, have magnificent stone vaults that open directly onto the garden.
A functional bathroom with shower and separate toilet. An equipped laundry room ensures comfort and practicality. The upper floor reveals another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet.
Separately, an annex sheepfold also offers a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet offering a cozy and private nest away from the main sheepfold.
Outdoor
Outside, a summer kitchen, usable from spring to autumn, is perfectly equipped inviting to outdoor meals in a dining and lounge area, all overlooking the swimming pool (heated out of summer, depending on weather conditions).
To complete this haven of peace, a hammam is located near the swimming pool for an ultimate relaxation experience.
Beach access & Restaurants
This dwelling is located at 10 minutes from the large beach dedicated to our guests only, and its restaurant, about 20 min. from the Table de la Ferme and around 15 min. from the Table de la Grotte (times are given by car only, for your perusal)

Prices
Prices are displayed per night and in euros.
Included in the rates are linen changes, daily maid service, daily Viennoiseries and coffee capsules, taxes.
City tax is not included
Services include:
vegetable garden harvest (depending on the season), grocery delivery upon order.
Wi-Fi connection available in all houses and restaurants.
Additional services to be agreed upon at the time of booking:
Car rental, transfer service, babysitting, massages, treatments, catering, sea rides, fishing sessions, hunting, horseback riding, etc.
Pet admission policy:
Pets are not allowed inside the houses, restaurants, or on equipped beaches. Guests not abiding by this policy will have their stay cancelled.
Pets are tolerated for guests residing in the villas by the countryside, outside exclusively
(kennels available upon request).
Restaurants opening depend on the seasons and weather conditions:
From spring to autumn, the Table de la Plage (Beach restaurant) opens for lunch first and dinner in summer. The Table de la Ferme (Farm restaurant) is open during the entire opening period of the domain. During the season, the 1-Michelin star restaurant, la Table de la Ferme by Chef Laurent Renard is open for dinner exclusively. The Table de la Grotte (Grotto restaurant) is open for dinner only occasionally for themed nights out of the season and up to 4 nights per week in season.
Booking conditions
For reservations made before the month of December of the current year
20% deposit upon reservation and 30% on the next January. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
Reservations made from January on wards :
50% deposit upon reservation. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date.
Reservations made 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment required upon booking.
