Inside the House
The living room, the heart of the home, combines functionality and elegance. Composed of a fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a living-dining room with a majestic majestic fireplace. The upper floor features a master bedroom suite suite overlooking the sea, with a romantic fireplace and a bathroom with shower bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet.
On the first floor, two double bedrooms open onto a flower-filled garden, offering each space its own privacy, with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and bath and the other with shower, both with separate toilets.
Adjacent to one of the bedrooms are two alcove beds, separated from the other by a discreet door.
In the garden is an adjoining sheepfold with a double bedroom and two alcove beds open onto the bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outdoor
Outside, life is an art. The summer kitchen, which can be used from spring to autumn, opens onto a dining area by the pool (heated except in summer and depending on weather conditions).
Next door is an outdoor lounge with sea views. A hammam and sauna are also available for a total escape.
Just a short walk from the house takes you to the Murtoli cove, a well-kept secret.
Beach access & Restaurants
This house offers access to the restaurant's large beach, specially designed for our guests, about 5 minutes away.
La Table de la Ferme is 15 minutes away, while La Table de la Grotte is approx. 15 minutes (times given by car for information only).

Prices conditions
Prices are displayed per night and in euros.
Included in the rates are linen changes, daily maid service, daily Viennoiseries and coffee capsules, taxes.
City tax is not included
Services include:
vegetable garden harvest (depending on the season), grocery delivery upon order.
Wi-Fi connection available in all houses and restaurants.
Additional services to be agreed upon at the time of booking:
Car rental, transfer service, babysitting, massages, treatments, catering, sea rides, fishing sessions, hunting, horseback riding, etc.
Pet admission policy:
Pets are not allowed inside the houses, restaurants, or on equipped beaches. Guests not abiding by this policy will have their stay cancelled.
Pets are tolerated for guests residing in the villas by the countryside, outside exclusively
(kennels available upon request).
Restaurants opening depend on the seasons and weather conditions:
From spring to autumn, the Table de la Plage (Beach restaurant) opens for lunch first and dinner in summer. The Table de la Ferme (Farm restaurant) is open during the entire opening period of the domain. During the season, the 1-Michelin star restaurant, la Table de la Ferme by Chef Laurent Renard is open for dinner exclusively. The Table de la Grotte (Grotto restaurant) is open for dinner only occasionally for themed nights out of the season and up to 4 nights per week in season.
Booking conditions
For reservations made before the month of December of the current year
20% deposit upon reservation and 30% on the next January. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
Reservations made from January on wards :
50% deposit upon reservation. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date.
Reservations made 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment required upon booking.
