The “Rosumarinu” hamlet is located on the Valley side and features 3 independent traditional shepherd houses as for accommodation, along with a 4th space offering a shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large adjoining bedroom with dressing room (for a total capacity of 18 guests). The property spans a total surface area of 300 m² and is fully air-conditioned.

Inside the House
In the heart of our hamlet, the central sheepfold comfortably accommodates four people, with a large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds in an alcove. A bathroom with bath and shower, with separate toilet, completes this sheepfold.
The second sheepfold, also designed for four people, offers two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, combining bath and shower for uncompromising comfort, as well as a sitting area inviting you to relax.
For larger groups, our third bergerie can accommodate up to eight guests. It features a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Independent access also leads to a double bedroom and another with four alcove bunk beds. These share a shower room and toilet.
The fourth space, our main living area, is the heart of togetherness: a spacious, fully air-conditioned and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining room and a lounge, while two adjoining rooms offer a large independent double bedroom with its own dressing room, as well as a haven of peace featuring a hammam.
Outdoor
Outside, on the main terrace there's a large table in the shade of the olive trees for enjoying al fresco meals. A small corridor and staircase lead to a panoramic terrace featuring a bar and summer lounge with a breathtaking view of the valley floor, the sea and the lion of Roccapina. The center of the hamlet also features a stone swimming pool heated from April to October and a pétanque court under olive trees.
Beach access & Restaurants
The hamlet is located at 5 minutes from the large beach dedicated to our guests only, and its restaurant, about 15 min. from the Table de la Ferme and around 10 min. from the Table de la Grotte (times are given by car only, for your perusal)

Prices conditions
Prices are displayed per night and in euros.
Included in the rates are linen changes, daily maid service, daily Viennoiseries and coffee capsules, taxes.
City tax is not included
Services include:
vegetable garden harvest (depending on the season), grocery delivery upon order.
Wi-Fi connection available in all houses and restaurants.
Additional services to be agreed upon at the time of booking:
Car rental, transfer service, babysitting, massages, treatments, catering, sea rides, fishing sessions, hunting, horseback riding, etc.
Pet admission policy:
Pets are not allowed inside the houses, restaurants, or on equipped beaches. Guests not abiding by this policy will have their stay cancelled.
Pets are tolerated for guests residing in the villas by the countryside, outside exclusively
(kennels available upon request).
Restaurants opening depend on the seasons and weather conditions:
From spring to autumn, the Table de la Plage (Beach restaurant) opens for lunch first and dinner in summer. The Table de la Ferme (Farm restaurant) is open during the entire opening period of the domain. During the season, the 1-Michelin star restaurant, la Table de la Ferme by Chef Laurent Renard is open for dinner exclusively. The Table de la Grotte (Grotto restaurant) is open for dinner only occasionally for themed nights out of the season and up to 4 nights per week in season.
Booking conditions:
For reservations made before the month of December of the current year
20% deposit upon reservation and 30% on the next January. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
Reservations made from January on wards :
50% deposit upon reservation. Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival date.
Reservations made 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment required upon booking.
