Come and join us on a journey within a journey with the chef Mathieu Pacaud – owner of restaurants in Paris: Divellec , Anne and Apicius – as he enriches a culinary experience throughout the summer by signing the menu at the Table de la Ferme by Laurent Renard. Right behind the 'piano', he's assisted by his loyal team, Mathieu Pacaud will compose a craftsman's cuisine, refined and delicate, respectful of the products, all locally planted, grown, and harvested.Authenticity, refinement and hospitality are at the heart of the Murtoli experience.
The owner of the estate, Paul Canarelli, enlisted Mathieu Pacaud a four Michelin-starred chef.
Chef Pacaud creates regionaly inspired menus which showcase local products such as estate-bred veal, poultry, lobster, estate-grown vegetables, olive oil , eggs, honey, myrtle, nepita, and salt either from the domain itself or frpom Corsica at the farthest.
